Sometimes what needs healing isn't in the body — it's in the stories we carry, the habits we've outgrown, or the inner voice we've stopped trusting. The Inner Play offers a safe, unhurried space to look at the belief sets and patterns that may be holding you back, and to develop your own sense of intuition and self-knowing.

Drawing on TCM psychology, elemental wisdom, creativity, and deep listening, these sessions are as individual as the person in the room. Some people come with a clear question. Others arrive simply knowing something needs to shift. Both are welcome.

Sessions are offered as individual appointments rather than packages — because everyone moves at their own pace, and that's exactly as it should be.
